Beverly A. Armstrong is Vice President of Administration, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Paratek Pharmaceuticals.
Ms. Armstrong has over a decade of experience in finance, operations, law and advising companies in the biotechnology and
healthcare industries. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Armstrong served as an advisor to Paratek while at Mintz, Levin, Cohn,
Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, PC, a Boston-based law firm, where she specialized in financing transactions, securities law,
compliance and governance, business plan development, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and R&D collaborations,
technology transfer/licensing and public offerings for biotechnology and healthcare-related companies. Ms. Armstrong
started her career in finance in investment banking at Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc. Ms. Armstrong received her undergraduate
degree in Economics and Government from Harvard University, an MBA from Harvard Business School and a JD from Harvard Law School.
